This is a seasoned mix that you add your own crawfish ,shrimp, or any other type of protein you would like such as chicken.
Guidry's Seafood Stew is made with a fat free roux.
Cooking Instructions:
Bring three cups of water to a boil in a sauce pan.
Pour contents of package and stir until mix is all dissolved.
Lower heat to a simmer and cook for thirty minutes, or until sauce is thick enough.
Add one pound of fresh shrimp, crawfish or preferred protein choice.
Cook for an additional 20 minutes, serve over rice.
